HappySignals was selected into the second phase of Microsoft Turbopump Program, which is a unique market enter program for young technology companies. This is a strong signal that HappySignals is ready for global markets.
“We are really happy with being selected, since Sweden is a very potential market for us and one where none of our customers are headquartered at. Funny enough, we already know from past 6 months how 18.000 Swedish employees feel about their internal services through our benchmark.”, says Pasi Nikkanen, CPO of HappySignals. HappySignals currently has enterprise customers from Finland, Norway, Denmark, Benelux and UK.
HappySignals was handpicked out of 18 companies from the first phase of the program together with four other companies. The second phase is all about market entry in Sweden where Microsoft offers the leverage and access to their customer network.
“One of our main strategies is to work with local Service Management partners, so finding the right partners in Sweden is an important goal for us.”, adds Sami Kallio, CEO of HappySignals.
HappySignals is a cloud service provider for Employee Experience measurement, analytics and benchmark. In the past six months we have gathered over 300.000 feedbacks globally from companies of more than 1.000 employees. Creating a new industry benchmark and solution for Enterprise Service Management is our passion. We will change how internal services are measured and lead.
