Fredrik Persson, who will add his expertise to HappySignals’ Scandinavian operations, has worked in technology for most of his professional life, including substantial spells with CA Technologies and NetIQ. However he’s also an entrepreneur and has started several ventures of his own. Running your own business is a great discipline. Fredrik needs no explanation about controlling costs or ensuring that every investment produces a return. Outside work his greatest pleasure comes from his family and he’s also a keen skier.
Meanwhile HappySignals has given a boost to its expansion into the UK market with the recruitment of two business development experts with wide experience of business technology.
Ryan Fry has a degree in engineering and a background in IT business development and is a keen follower of the latest developments in technology. “A lot of companies in the UK will be glad to hear about HappySignals,” says Ryan. “Given the potential to save huge amounts through reducing lost productivity, the outlay is really modest. That’s exactly the sort of proposition businesses like; we save them money!” Ryan is an outdoors type and enjoys motorbikes and country walks with his partner and their dog.
He’s joined by Peter White, originally from South Africa but who has made his home in the south of England.
Peter started his career in events management in the entertainment industry. More recently he’s filled the role of Director of Business Development as part of the founding team of a ground-breaking start-up SaaS product. He’s overseen taking the product from conception to market, becoming one of the leading Event and Incentive sector proposal-delivery platforms. Peter is in no doubt that UK companies will find every incentive to work with HappySignals. “Nothing helps businesses improve like high quality feedback,” Peter says. “We can show just how listening to your colleagues or customers about their ITSM experience translates into improved productivity and happiness. It’s compelling.”
