Implementation can begin immediately upon agreement signing. It can take as little as 1-2 days depending on your schedule and process. 

The onboarding phase lasts 2-3 months. We will focus on getting familiar with the HappySignals Platform and ITXM Framework™ practices. You will also get help with communications and stakeholder engagement, and participate in an analysis workshop when there is enough data on your HappySignals Platform.

During the whole process you can count on continuous support from your dedicated Customer Success Manager.

Onboarding for key users

Start getting responses immediately after go-live. Get familiar with the platform, and identify the first things to improve.

HappySignals onboarding includes Questions & Answers and Analysis Workshop sessions to help your key users understand how things work.

Included with your License

No extra costs: Implementation, onboarding and dedicated Customer Success Manager are a part of the license.

We will introduce the HappySignals ITXM Framework™ to support your Journey, and check in regularly to make sure you can progress as planned.
