SDI and HappySignals to start co-operation

HappySignals, Leader in Service Experience Measurement and Service Desk Institute (SDI) has agreed on a joint ‘Employee Experience Trial Programme’ where SDI’s Corporate level members and participants in the SDC programme are offered a free 3-month trial of HappySignals product.

The first phase of the Trial Program is limited to organisations with 1,000+ employees who are using Cherwell, BMC, ServiceNow, FreshService or BMC Remedy.

After 3 months participants will have collected some great responses from the end-users enabling them to understand how their service desk is performing in terms of customer satisfaction, how much time is lost and how happy employees are. They will also be able to benchmark their results with other HappySignals customers (HappinessScore™).
