- Which languages are supported?
Employee surveys are translated already to over dozen languages including: English (en), Finnish (fi), Swedish (sv), German (de), Russian (ru), Estonian (et), Norwegian (no), Danish (dk), Latvian (lv), Lithuanian (lt), Slovak (sk), Polish (pl), Czech (cs).
If you language is missing, we can add it during your rollout.
- Can I connect to ITSM system X?
We support few ITSM systems as 2-way integration (listed above), but others we can support in 1-way manner. This means that data is not coming back to your system, but you can use our analytics service and connect any system that supports HTML emails. You can connect multiple source systems to HappySignals and have all your data in one view.
- Can I customize the survey?
No. Because it’s waste of your time. We have had people designing the survey together with actual employees of big enterprises, so you can just use your time on analysing the results and making changes that increase happiness. After all, that’s why you are here!
